FAQ & RETURNS

QUALITY GUARANTEE AND RETURN PROTOCOL

We guarantee the structural and print integrity of every artifact. If you encounter a print error or a visible quality defect upon deployment, we will facilitate a replacement or a full refund. You have a 30-day window after receiving your order to report any discrepancies. To initiate a report, contact our support node at support@thesectorzero.com with your order number and high-resolution photographic evidence. For optimal analysis, place the item on a flat, well-lit surface with the defect and the internal tag clearly visible. Please be advised that because our products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges related to sizing errors.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION

You may cancel or edit your order using the secure link provided in your confirmation email at any time before the unit enters the production phase. Once the manufacturing protocol has initialized, we can no longer accept cancellations or modifications. Furthermore, any donations or tips processed during the checkout sequence are considered final and are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable.

REFUND PROCESSING DATA

Refunds are exclusively issued for products with verified quality issues that are supported by photographic documentation. Once the claim is authorized, PayPal refunds will typically manifest in your account within 24 business hours. Credit card transactions may require 7 to 10 business days to reflect in your bank statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing speed. Please note that donations, tips, and locked messages are classified as non-refundable assets.

PAYMENT GATEWAYS AND GLOBAL LOGISTICS

Our system supports a wide range of payment methods including major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Klarna/AfterPay, depending on your geographic node. For international deployments outside of the United States, customers are solely responsible for any import taxes, duties, or customs charges imposed by their local customs office. We are unable to calculate or facilitate these local government fees in advance.

All logistics, order fulfillment, and return processing are handled in partnership with our global infrastructure provider, Fourthwall.com. For any technical assistance or to report an issue with your acquired gear, please reach out to our dedicated support terminal at support@thesectorzero.com.
